We consider that since you have signed the delivery voucher you have also checked your order. If for any reason you are not available for the shipment, Chronopost will contact you for another appointment. If you are still not available Chronopost will bring the order to the nearest post office where it will be available during 15 days. RIGHT OF RETRACTION OR RETURN If the product is returned within 24 hours of its order the customer will be reimbursed if the order hasn't been shipped yet. If the product is returned within 7 days of its delivery In accordance with the same law, if the product is returned within 7 days of its delivery the customer can return the product but the shipping fees remain his responsibility. Be Careful ! We won't accept any delay for any reason; no product will be taken back after this deadline. How to return your product? We only accept written demands. For any returned package, please go to your « contact us » space and follow the return policy instructions. This will allow you to get a « return number » which is necessary to this operation. The customer has to send back the product in the next 48 hours. We advise all our customers to choose Colissimo registered to get the insurance. If TOPFONIE is responsible for the damage, the refund will be made in the form of gift vouchers. Conditions: Your product must be complete and in ‘as new' condition (i.e. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging). It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it. Do not forget to ask for your return number and to join the return invoice, whose have to be print on our website. You must meet the deadline or you won't be reimbursed. But you would be able to take back your product by sending a mail to TOPFONIE. The shipping fees would remain your responsibility. If the customer return the product in accordance with all these conditions, the refund can be made in the form of gift vouchers otherwise TOPFONIE will pay you back the whole amount. Property of the product: In accordance with the law of 12 May, 1980, the customer owns the product once he pays for it. However, the customer is responsible for any damage occurring during the shipment. These conditions can be changed any time and without notice and the modifications would be applied to all subsequent orders. Guarantees: The 7 days guarantee: If your product breaks down 7 days after the shipment you should contact the Customer Care Service, which will give you a return number. Be careful you must meet the deadline. Manufacture's guarantee: The price includes a one-year manufacture's guarantee, from the shipment, but it doesn't work for destocking products. To use this guarantee you shall keep the invoice. If the time period is superior to 7 days you should contact the customer care department of the manufacture. For any further information and for complete details do not hesitate to contact TOPFONIE. TOPFONIE can't be blamed for the refusal of the manufacturer. He won't take back a product the manufacturer refused to. The manufacturer's guarantees do not cover: -replacement of consumables (batteries, light bulbs, fuses, recording heads or lasers etc.), -the abnormal use or non-conforming usage of products. We ask that you consult the user's manual provided with the products -malfunctioning due to accessories (power cables etc.) -damage from external sources (shocks, accidents, electricity current fluctuations etc.). Destocking products guarantee: The deadline for this kind of product is 6 months. After this time period there will be no exchange and no return accepted. |
