The card provides the connection to ISDN devices in mixed TE or NT modality with point-to-point and point-to-multi-point signaling. Thus it's possible to connect both ISDN phones and to have an access to fixed ISDN lines. The presence of 4 BRI interfaces allows to manage at most 8 telephone channels. For Asterisk you need to install Junghanns patch which you can find on the site http://www.junghanns.net. To connect NT devices requiring power supply it is necessary to connect to the card a special power supply available on this site.
